I am a Nigerian law school graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. My knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs allows me to easily take on nearly any task I am assigned. I am a quick study and welcome challenges as well.
During my previous role at Kayode Samson & Associates as a Legal Assistant, I drafted, managed and organized the legal documentation of clients. This included preparing formation documents, operating agreements, and resolutions. I also spent a majority of my time categorizing and indexing significant amounts of data within the historical legal files of the company, which led to a more concise and understandable filing system for the legal staff to utilize at a moment's notice.
