Being a soft spoken cheerful lady who is always ready to listen and offer help gives me the confidence that I am the desirable candidate for a care assistant position as it is a position that requires a lot of patience and endurance considering that one will be working with vulnerable groups of people who may in some cases be entirely reliable on the help given by their carer.
