1. From Feb 2013 to Nov 2017 Directly maintained a maximum of 57 Safaricom
sites under Broadband Telecommunication company and was able to achieve
network availability of 99.99% throughout the years.
2. Joined Adrian Kenya Limited in Nov 2017 as a spare’s coordinator for Safaricom
Mt. Kenya Region and was able to get a promotion within One year, to a BTS
Project Manager.
3. From Nov 2018 to May 2021, BTS Project Manager at Adrian Kenya
Ltd handling a total of 975 sites directly maintained for Safaricom Mt Kenya
Region Passive and Active. During this period, we achieved between 90% and
94% customer quarterly performance evaluation.
4. Supported Safaricom Power Support Team on grid connections, Generators,
rectifiers, batteries, Renewable power sources upgrades to maintain service
availability.
5. Installed solar to 170 BTS sites through power upgrades and reported on
performance.
6. Installed Hybrid power systems to 41 sites and monitored reliability,
performance and gave recommendations for software upgrades to have improved
performance.
7. As from May 2021 up to date, I am the Project Manager at Egypro East Africa
