NPPF is a company driven by innovation. They are serving United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) and Gulf Cooperation Council (G.C.C.) market since 1994 with excellent success. Through continuous upgrading of facilities and applying “state of the art technologies” They are now one of the biggest EPS manufacturers in the Middle East.
Operations Manager (June 1, 2008 to May 2, 2013)
Reporting to the Managing Director and is directly responsible for hitting the company’s sales turnover, on time delivery and profit targets by holding full planning and operation and effectively participating in marketing, advertising, human resources, and P&L responsibility.
As part of the senior management team I am also jointly responsible for contributing towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational targets and overall business aims.
Ensuring that jobs are executed correctly, cost effectively, and delivered on time in accordance to customers’ specification and quality standards by:
1. Communicating with the entire relevant department and co-coordinating all relevant inputs (people, plant and processes) to ensure production output and on time delivery targets are achieved.
2. Planning, scheduling and reviewing workload to ensure production output and on time delivery targets are achieved cost effectively.
3. Ensuring that the shop floor has the necessary manpower, competence, skill, knowledge, plant and tooling required in order to achieve production targets.
• Managing maintenance department duties in planning for projects, improvement and preventive maintenance and ensuring maintenance and logistics support at maximum level.
• Managing the Purchasing section to ensure material is purchased cost effectively and available for production when required.
• Managing the Inventory and stock control section to ensure raw material and product is receipted, located, stored and transferred correctly and that the company’s stock inventory is accurate.
• Supporting sales team covering all technical aspects and engineering design for many application such as thermal insulation, Geofoam, packaging, and floatation marina.
• Building long-term and mutual-benefit relationship with suppliers as well as customers and representing the managing director in negotiation and closing deal.
• Review financial statement, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
• Implementing or oversee environmental management or sustainability programs addressing issues such as recycling, conversation, or waste management.
Production and Maintenance Manager (June 28, 2006 to May 31, 2008)
Reporting to the General Manager and is responsible to lead production and maintenance department’s members (more than 6 supervisors and 120 employees) ensuring maximum rate of availability for maintenance support, product, and product; and supporting other departments in the organization to achieve company objectives.
• Effectively lead the lean transformation of manufacturing operation and build teamwork to drive continuous improvement, safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Effectively provided leadership and direction to all manufacturing supervisors and their team. Collaborated with production planning and procurement to assure on-time delivery of raw materials, continuous flow manufacturing, efficient inventory management, and timely response to customer requirement.
• Successfully extended a tight supervision to ensure achievement of quality workmanship and budgeted cost objectives.
• Planning and organizing necessary activities, programs and objectives to meet and evaluate department goals.
• Integrating and implementing policies and procedures for all work teams.

Reporting to the General Manager and is responsible for evaluating and analyzing plant utilities, production lines, raw material and product to come up with optimum solutions and recommendations.
• Conducting basic research and new product research and development for the existing and new products.
• Studying methods to improve product quality such as physical/mechanical properties.
• Coordinating with QHSE department and with Production department to Develop product quality and system flow standards, safety and environmental regulations.
