I am a work oriented person like getting to target and demands this gives me a mind set of satisfaction knowing that to a large extent i have accomplished my job and most importantly to the clients satisfaction this would put the company and management financial gains and system growth. I get turned off when all this are in place and the jobs are not met or clients goes away unsatisfied from jobs done though there should be rooms for errors and corrections done but i would like the work and reduce/manage error to As low As possible (ALAP).
