I´m passionate about food and culinary arts, and I´m looking for a professional development opportunity. My English level is basic, but I`m willing to learn and improve my language skills quickly. I`m a Spanish native speaker.
I have recently completed my Culinary Arts Diploma at IAG (Instituto Argentino de Gastronomía). I have worked in restaurant environments since 2004, first as a Waiter then as a Chef and Chef de Partie.
At the moment, I have my own food entrepreneurship -@viandasdejere-, while I`m active looking to work abroad. I am confident in my culinary abilities, as well as lead a team of cooks in the future. I am a hard worker and also a creative person, who is open to work abroad and have new challenges.
