I am an alumni Ecole ducasse where I was intensely trained in French pastry arts. Following my course, I continued to work and train in fine dine restaurants recognised my the Michelin guide.
I also then worked at a pastry shop to understand from about entremets and boutique desserts.
I am passionate and motivated. I like to give my best and aim for perfection. My training has shaped me into aiming for fine produce.

I have worked in restaurants and pastry shop in Paris. My job included mis en place, checking inventory, creating chocolates and sugar decor, baking and preparing all menu items which included plated desserts, entremets and vennoiseries
