AzĂș: I was the Executive Pastry Chef for the shop they open in Lecheria city, my last three months I was a corporate figure, opening another shop in the capital, leading the main shop plus the other two shops I opened. Assist on the second Chocolate Master from the EPGB from Barcelona. I train the staff of the three shops, cater events, create desserts, plus did a consultancy with the company teaching breads and viennoiseries.
Royalton: I was there twice, before COVID and after it. I lead a team of 13-11 people, train the staff, cater events, design menu, follow standards, usa SAP system, elaborate the desserts for the seven outlets and manage a budget.
I love to cook and bake, the kitchen is my happy place, I enjoy a lot what I do, I love traveling, learn from new cultures, new languages, sports as well, reading a nice book, listening to music and podcasts
