I am passionate, energetic, and somewhat of a perfectionist. Since I was 9 years old food and people have been my passion and the only area I see myself thriving in and this led me to study culinary arts and international business in Switzerland. I love being in the kitchen i love the structure and how we all work like we are in an army.

I worked for an ambassador as their chef. this role was challenging but it really drove me to think outside the box and also refine my skills in the hot kitchen because pastry is my strong area. it helped me create dishes based on allergies and preferences.
