I have over 15 years experience in Human Resources and Administration, mainly in executive recruitment, Talent Management, Succession Planning, workforce planning, payroll administration, Industrial relations and benefits and compensation.
I see myself as an all rounder as i have extensive experience in all areas of the Human Resource having worked as HR lead for recruitment, Change management, Learning and development and Change management.
Currently am working as People and Culture Director of World Vision Malawi and i am a member of CIPD and Institute of Peoples management Malawi
