● Around 4 years of technical experience in Detail Engineering of process and refinery piping for green field and brown field. ● Prepared material take-offs (MTO) for piping, valves, fittings and specialty item. ● calculated pipe paint code selection, PMS selection, pipe rack width calculation and support calculation to carried out internal quality audits on issued design documents. ● Developed 3D piping layouts, Equipment and support modelling for process and petrochemical, refinery plants, Performed man hour estimation for the assigned scope of work. ● Carried out internal quality audits on issued design documents to adhere ISO standards and to minimize errors and to enhance the quality. ● Followed relevant codes & standards such as ASME, API, ASTM,DIN for Engineering to issue for IFC. ● Implemented the lessons learned from the past Engineering to mitigate the technical risks and to provide the best fit. ● Checked Piping GAD and isometrics to ensure the quality. ● Prepared single line diagram for pipe racks, Sleepers and Special pipe supports to give input to Civil. ● Attended model reviews (30%, 60%, 90%) for all disciplines.
