I believe as Engineers; we serve a higher purpose to make life more comfortable for the world through innovations, inventions etc.
I find fulfilment in knowing that my little contributions to the world through Engineering is making the world a better, easier and much more safer place to be.
In the course of my journey so far, I have come to understand and appreciate the place of Human Capacity Development, and as such I always grab the opportunity to coach as many as are in my team and also yearn to acquire knowledge and industry relevant experience from those ahead of me.
