Worked on Commercial Boulevard Project which consist of 18 buildings of various use. This developemet work was dedicated for FIFA Worldcup 2022. I was responsible for Planning and Labor Productivity of the Project. Preparation of resource loaded Baseline, updating schedule, reporting the progress to Project Director and coordination with teams as Procurement team, Execution Team, Engineering Team, Inspection team etc.
