I am a seasoned Plant Operations Professional with over a decade experience in Manufacturing Management and Maintenance best practices entrenchment in world class manufacturing environment. I have spent these past years honing my skills and continuously I have improved my self to be better fit to improve the organization in which I work for.
I have Engineering experience with a big eye for business management, this is not only to understand how machines or a plant work but I totally understand the money implications in decisions I make daily as I manage budgets both OPEX and CAPEX.
Making informed decision has made me also learn the act of using Data analysis tools.
I am focused on two things, these are continuous improvement and problem solving, here lies my strength which has always made me an high flyer.

Production/Maintenance Manager (AB-Inbev, 2017 to date): I have improved OEE, optimized 24000 CPH bottle line from 65% to 89% Gross Line Yield using best practices and problem solving tools like Process Mapping, Line capability studies, etc. Also improved MTTR and MTBF to improve uptime and reduce downtime by identifying need for improvement and using the right CAPEX projects to get desired results. I currently work here and manage 43 personnel excluding 3rd parties.
Equipment and Process Controller (AB-Inbev, 2015 to 2017): I managed 15 technicians both Mechanical, Automation and Electrical to deliver best annual results in MTBF 2 years in a roll, also reduced Percentage rework from 7.66% to 2.01% in my first year on this role and further reduced it to 1.22% using maintenance best practices.
I have recently enjoyed networking (on LinkedIn) with other professionals across the globe, this is in a bid to stay updated with the new trends in the industry and also use this acquired knowledge to better improve my current place of work at every point in time.
I also have used this knowledge to help other people who are going through hard times trying to solve plant operations issues, from maintenance mangement to process optimizing, problem solving, etc.
Also using data analysis tools like SQL, DAX for PowerBI, Tableau and Microsoft excel to make informed decisions in plant operations.
And lastly, i so much enjoy travelling.
