My role involves efficiently operating two gas boilers and a steam driven turbine to produce good quality steam used for the production of alcohol and generate electricity to run the factory. In addition - Operation of a Distillery plant, Vinegar Plant and Rum Plant to produce product that is on specification and meets customers satisfaction which is produced in a timely and Safe manner.
