Responsible for multiple projects simultaneously, from pre-Tender/Contract stage to the handover phase with Jumeirah, being the essential client.
Tasks include but not limited to the following:
• Preparing Projects’ Initiation documentation
• Developing Programmes from indicative to detail construction programme.
• Prepare and develop logistics plans and preliminaries directory.
• Assisting in Preparing tender documents, e.g. Employers Requirements and RFP’s.
• Preparing RFQ’s for FM, soft and MEP services.
• Conduct Procurement then assess the return bids.
• Responding to RFI’s coming from Consultant/Contractor.
• A member of the tender opening committee.
• Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.
• Risk Assessment.
• Arranging and Attending various meetings-as needed- with contractors and consultants as a client representative.
• Following up with variations, delays and Orders from the consultant/contractor.
• Identifying, costing, evaluating and processing any contract variations.
• Issuing payment certificates, PMI’s, File Notes, change control/management forms.
• Preparing reports and Meeting minutes.
• Appraising and examining returned RFP’s along with all qualifications required, Financially and Technically.
• Making a final recommendation based on the appraisal.
• Following up with each stage of the project via emails and site visits, including procurements and delivery schedules.
• Reviewing and Approving/Rejecting submittals as per employers requirements.
• Reviewing and Approving/Rejecting materials as per design.
• Part of the snagging team for project’s handover, reviewing snags and follow up to close out all pending issues.
