Developing a project specifications system in all aspects from design & engineering with major associated documentation (Philosophy, Specifications, Datasheet, Technical Evaluation, Drawings, List & Index, Alarms & Trip Schedule, …etc) with respect of cost, schedule and required level of quality and safety applicable to this project.
Developing & reviewing Architecture associated to ICSS Systems (DCS, RTU, ESD, SIS, Instruments, …)
Developing Architecture associated to Telemetry Systems (Networking Topology& Equipment);
Participate to prepare Hierarchical Shutdown Levels Diagram, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Control Philosophy, F&G Philosophy and F&G layouts, Checking & reviewing ICSS Functional Design Specification (FDS).
Active participation in multidisciplinary technical reviews, PnID, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, Risk Assessment & Verification.
Verifying & comments of the ICSS design and deliverables issued & proposed by others (Client, Contractors).
Ensure package units are properly integrated and interfaced to the ICSS Systems.
Inspection all implementation phase of ICSS systems test such as FAT, SAT, SIT.
Ensure that the system is fully in line with the Regulatory regime, international standards and Client requirements.
Reviewing & elaborate proposal of the ICSS architecture of the whole systems.
Review of Technical Offers and Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE)
Participate actively in technical decision making, in meetings with potential contractors and vendors
