As a young engineer, i am always dedicated to my job roles and offers to better the existing working condition through adequate intervention to team work, team building and personnel development within my capacity.
As a principal engineer, my role is similitude to the junior manager role where i manage manpower and coordinate activities for plant operations such start ups, shutdowns, troubleshooting.
I have been opportune to work closely with vendors and experts from different backgrounds in pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup and shutdown activities of the 2nd world largest fertiliser plant in the world and number one in Africa.
