Supports Team Manager with attendance checks and balancing of
workforce. Act as absentee cover when needed.
Supports achievement of volume targets by ensuring operators
arrive and leave their workstations at the prescribed times at the
start and end of shifts as well as any other breaks.
Ensure operators have all the necessary tools, PPE, consumables
and production parts to complete tasks in a safe and timely
manner.
Ensure all tools and equipment used by the operators are looked
after.
Ensures that line stations are clean and organised and that safe
working practises are maintained by team members.
Supports team members to build quality in stations.
Ensures production continuity within the scope of the relevant line
stations.
Supports Team Manager by conducting all the necessary audits.
Actively manage off-line units and complete the NCP process for
not OK parts and units.
Actively supports and drives efficiency improvements, problem
