I have 5 years experience working for P&O Cruises as a demi chef de partie which is a 5 star cruise line, i am currently working as a cook for Virgin voyages cruises . I have a city & guilds chefs diploma in food preparation and cooking(culinary arts) and a city & guilds certificate in culinary arts which I both passed with merit at international hotel school together with uk level 2 food safety certificate.
