My aim is to elevate and be able to work in a competitive and area I can grow and become a master chef.Also earning some skill will also benefit me and sharpen me to become a better chef with knowledge to be a productive and be competitive with other professionals chef.
I have experience in 5 years with experience in African cuisine, international cuisine, mexican cuisine and lately am working with Korean and Japanese cuisine. Also am well advance regarding style of cooking and balancing the flavour
In my current job am working in a hot kitchen where we have different international cuisine which include Korean cuisine, Japanese cuisine, Chinese cuisine and African cuisine. Also am be able to work as a sous chef where I am able help the head chef with with some responsibility .
My hobbies is to cook and also to travel different places, I also interested in learning different type of cuisine as many as possible so as I can be productive in hospitality industry and be able to work internationally.
