I am a multi-skilled professional Quantity Surveyor with more than 8 years of construction experience in preparing tenders, quantity take off, cost estimating and advice, feasibility studies, tender documents, bills of quantities, tender adjudications and recommendations, cost management, variation management, onsite remeasurements, payment certificates, attending site technical and progress meeting, preparing cost reports, preparing cash flows, negotiating final accounts, project management and including other duties. My project expertise includes, houses, hospitals, banks, shopping malls, roads, offices, open markets, and may others.
My greatest strength is that I can work independently, under pressure, meet deadlines, and optimize the desired financial margins due to my value engineering and life cycle costing skills. I also appreciate the value of good reputation in the construction industry and that once lost it can never be recovered. Whereas my greatest weakness is that I struggle to sleep if I am behind schedule on deadlines so I have taught myself to prioritize work based on their deadline.
