I don’t like people who can’t manage resources. They complain resources aren’t enough and so we can’t complete the project. Few years back I was opportune to manage a project with limited resources to its completion. I had to employ the employee performance technique where I could measure their strength and activities they are great at and moved to motivating employee and getting their cooperation to deliver. And at the end of the day I cut out things that brought in time wastage and we delivered.
