Spearheaded the development of new products to the established product
specification. Includes managing program from prototype builds to launch of the production line and volume
ramp of a new product mainly for Thales and Boeing of Aerospace and Defence.
• New Product engineer and technical point of contact for the development and execution of
international clients in France, UK, Canada, Singapore, India.
• Standardize new product introduction procedures throughout all cross-functional areas.
• Requirement analysis and setting up of process, Preparation of Process flow diagrams and ERP
routing for man's machine traceability
• Manufacturable study any critically evaluating the failures with Product specific Failure mode
effective analysis.
• Execution of Engineering Change Management process ECR/ECN.
• Implementation, validation, and Updation of PFD, PFMEA, Control plan, Configuration matrix,
Process validation, Crimping qualification, Quality inspection plan, Production readiness review.
• Implementation of the controls from incoming to shipping using Control plan.
• Implementation of standards such as ISO / IPC / DIN / AS along with the development and selection
of tools for integration, testing.
• Supplier Development – Identification of potential Supplier and bridging the gap for SQA audits.
• Develop and train cross-functional team new manufacturing process requirements, especially for in-
house cable wire harnessing.
• Qualify the production readiness review along with Process validation reports before launching the
build – Critical especially for Defence Aerospace.
• Documents review and requirement analysis.
• Responsible for NPI planning, onsite training, Pre-Acceptance testing
• Establish and certify the FAI in AS9102 form ensuring the Part number accountability, Product
accountability - for Raw material, Special process, Functional testing and Characteristic
accountability, verification, and compatibility evaluation.
• Create, Manage, maintain, and update all NPI progress reports and dashboards with support of ERP.
• Drive the evaluation and enhancement of the engineering design verification process with the goal of
releasing zero defects to production.
• Research customer technical specifications and requirements / compliance mapping with current or
potential technical specifications.
• Organize supplier reviews and for solving issues proactively and to ensure highest level of Quality
and Reliability.
• Experienced in the complex PCBA manufacturing and the process.
• Manufacturability study any critically evaluating the failures with Product specific Failure mode
effective analysis.
