Herotel : May 2017 - Current
=>Within the Herotel group I started at the branch called Herotel Sonic and was moved into various rolls including regional project coordinator. I then moved to the head office where I deal with Wholesale clients and suppliers on a daily basis.
WebAfrica: Oct 2013 - Dec 2016
=> Within WebAfrica I started as a customer support agent that assisted clients with support related queries for ADSl, Fibre, Voip and much more. I then moved to the Hosting and Domains team where I ran the Domains department and exceed my growth in that role.
Merchants IINet: Dec 2010 - Oct 2013
=> I started as a billing and sales agent and grew within a few months to doing teir 2 support for fibre, voip, adsl, telephones and IPTv support. I then moved to the provisioning and faults department and assisted with supervising the team and providing training on provisioning and faults.
I love spending time with my family and doing courses online in my free time.
