Bluewaters (Infra) - Bluewaters is a reclaimed island development located at the southwest end of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and Dubai Marina. Characteristics of the island are the World's largest Ferris wheel. along with several other signature attractions such as the Wharf Retail souk, Wheel Plaza, family entertainment center, Residential Buildings and two five-star resort hotels. The total area of the Island will be 360,000sqm (36 Hec).
Orbital Expressway, Doha (Infra) : The Orbital Highway Contract 1 comprises of 45km of new dual carriageway road with 5 lanes in each direction. The Project includes 4 grade separated major interchanges (IC15, IC16, IC17 and IC18), Bridges, underpasses, road cross tunnels, etc . This Contract is part of the full Orbital Highway and Truck Route link between the New Doha Port to the south and the industrial areas to the north.
Al Barari (Infra) - The Project consists of construction of infrastructure utility services (Storm water, Sewage, Potable Water, Fire hydrant and Irrigation network, Power Supply (2x11kV cables), Street lighting and Etisalat networks), Equinord Bin and roads with interlock for the Al Barari – The Nest 58 no. villas, Ashjar and Seventh Heaven Development.
AMMROC (D&B Project) (Building & Infra) : A world class military aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) facility at Al Ain International Airport. The facility will provide its services to both the UAE military and to other regional forces. The facility has a plot of 1 Km2 allocated to it at Al Ain Airport within the airside boundary. The facility will comprise of several main hangars, extensive workshops, warehouse, headquarters building, aircraft parking apron, roads and parking, and engine test cells.
Al Wasl Box Park (Retail Buildings & Infra) : The project involves the construction of a Commercial Retail Complex which spreads in 1.2 Km stretch consisting of 46 shops, featuring an eclectic mix of Restaurants, Cafes and High-end Fashion Outlets, which are intermingled with Open spaces, Kid’s Play Areas, Theatre, Prayers Rooms, other miscellaneous amenities, underground utilities, roads, boundary walls and landscaping.
Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts (Building) : The project is located on an exclusive reclaimed island. The development consists of a 5* Luxury Bvlgari Resort Hotel includes 101 hotel suits and Marina Village (3nos Branded Residences building compromising 173 units, 20nos Hotel Villas, Yacht Club, Beach Club, Engineering and Maintenance Buildings, Centralised Plant, 15nos Mansions and Laundry block) on an exclusive reclaimed elite island community off the Dubai coastline, named Island 2. The development is to be operated and serviced by Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts.

Design & fabricate the Turret Local Equipment Room (LER) including all external A60& 0.3 bar free-field overpressure equivalent to 0.67 bar reflected overpressure with equivalent pulse duration of 92ms, on all faces Firewalls & Decks and internal architectural finishes, installation of small power systems, lighting, electrical equipment, free issue items and HVAC, weighing and load-out for SBM Offshore.
ADCO Habshan Project (D&B Project) : The expansion of gas compression facilities and development of the Bab Habshan-1 project. Parallel Roads Project : The project is the continued extension of both East and West Parallel Road where it is passing through giant developments like Jebel Ali Race Course, Emirates Hills, Springs, Jumeirah Island, Jumeirah Park and Metro Plots. The road corridor of both East and West Parallel Road is consisted of three lanes at least in each direction. The project includes the construction of Six bridges, Three underpasses and 22km roadway works where several construction activities are to be included like pavement structure, signing, street lighting, diversion and protection of the existing services.
