I come with over 25 years of experience and in those twenty five years, I have managed large teams, led them and handled several time critical and important projects. In my current appointment, I have ensured that the equipment were kept working (uptime) for the contracted 95% of the calendar year for 10 straight years by proactively taking necessary steps to overcome breakdowns and through preventive planned maintenance. Challenging as the situations were, I have also managed to deal with the customer demands through good inter personal skills to ensure a situation never got out of control.
I believe I am ready to take on my next big challenge in my next appointment.

I currently work for Leonardo (UK) in India and have been managing a large support contract which lasted for 11 years and ran out in Sep 2022. I have been with Leonardo since Dec 2012.
Prior to that I was serving in the Indian Navy as an electrical engineer in various capacities. I served for a total of 21 years before I took voluntary retirement in 2012.
