Responsible for managing all projects (end-to-end) within Digital Transformation's Department, the team involved and all the stakeholders
The portfolio of projects is diversed. I manage which goal is the development of a selling and trading car ecommerce platform. Other project is a mobile agenda for the presidency of Angola and two others for Mozambique Banks.

Responsible for all projects within Intelligent Traffic Systems BU (end-to-end)
The projects included the installation of traffic light intersections (normal and fully sustainable), ANPR Cameras aimed to gather travel, time measurement data, installation of traffic sensors to count vehicles and/or pedestrians and Access Control Systems.
Project Procurement Analyst - Siemens Mobility - 2015-2017
Responsible to procure, source and negotiate with third party vendors for four different Business units. This included the criation of RfP's, Benchmarking vendors, logistic management and time management.
