Being part of a maintenance team for 15 years has advanced my skill set, in problem solving, faultfinding, manufacturing project planning and innovations. My studies in the field of project management gave me a understanding of the importance of goal alignment within the business. My passion towards engineering and product development has given me a sense of belonging where I am employment.
