I am currently working as Property Manager at Daranuka Property Ventures in Lagos, Nigeria. In this position I am responsible for supervision of team members(including technical staffs), providing exceptional customer service to property owners and tenants/occupiers, conducting inspections and completing final bond inspection, property agency, advertising and leasing of properties, arranging and managing property maintenance, ensuring proper execution of lease agreement, general property management duties, projects management, among others. Over the past 6 years, I have gained experience in real estate profession.
I would describe myself as someone who is career oriented combined with my experience and my adaptability strength, I believe that I can make a valuable contribution to your organisation. I see this position as the perfect next step in my career and to develop myself further as a professional.
