I have spent the last five years learning and growing in my role as a Center Manager where I have developed plans for tenant retention. I've also managed a P30.4 million mixed used property which entails office space, retail and hotel where i managed facility related projects, arranged for bids and handled all contract negotiations. One of my proudest achievements was heading changes in the design layout and office cubicles for renting. I am a coachable individual, easily adapt to any environment and open-minded.
