-Negotiate with members in order to cure past due consumer loan and credit card accounts within Federal and State laws and industry regulations.
-Investigate available resources to identify and locate current contact information for members that have become unreachable.
-Determine appropriate forms of assistance for members based on causes of delinquency and assistance eligibility (refinances, extensions, etc).
-Adapt and comply with ever changing industry and company regulations and procedures.
Technical: Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
