Role & Responsibility as QA/QC Inspector
Monitor the daily construction activities, perform daily site-inspections, and Ensure compliance with the QA/QC program, project drawings and Project specifications.
QA/QC inspection ensures the compliance of construction & associated activities related to client approved drawing specification by inspection & witnessing & monitoring the activities.
Ensuring implementation of Quality Control plan, procedure and inspection & test plan
Familiar in ASME, API, ASTM, standard/ procedures, and Co-ordinate with client for QA/QC activities.
Performing inspection as per ITP
Review of Hydro test packages, Line checking and Punch listing
Coordinate with construction, testing group and QC department in the preparation of test requirement of test pack and facilitate close out of any outstanding punch items before hydro test.
Inspection of Pressure test (hydro, pneumatic) according to piping class, their test limit and required pressure along with PID.
Involved in Reinstatement activities/clear the B punch item.
Responsible for implementation of internal QA/QC programs, including Quality Improvement processes, quality management systems, inspection test planning procedures, receiving inspection plans, Quality Procedure Guidelines.
