I have sound knowledge of the latest food trends and I am very familiar with all activities in the kitchen. I have a strong commitment to quality and sustainability. I have years of experience and I bring all that to the table. I can hold my own in a fast paced kitchen and I am not a clock watcher.

My hobbies and interests are:
Sneakers - especially old basketball ones
Making music - I own an electric drum kit and I love that I can be on there without being a nuisance to anyone.
Listening to music - I love listening to my playlist before work, it gets me amped for teh day.
