License 
I have license of medical laboratory professional from Telangana Paramedical Board government of Telangana India. And good standing certificate issued by same paramedical board. Valid Upto May 2028.

I have Basic life support certificate from American Heart Association issued in the month of July 2021.

My credentials of education and experience were verified by dataflowgroup for Dubai Health Authorty (DHA) just on October 22,2021 and report issued. It is a primary source verification of my qualification and experience. 

I have passed DHA(Dubai Health Authorty, Dubai, UAE) Lab Technologist bachelor level. Result declared on 22/04/2022. DHA Eligibility letter obtained. 
My responsibilities 
In Vijaya Diagnostic Centre (VDC) are, 

Maintenance of laboratory equipments 
Performing quality control according to NABL 112 guidelines and  checking for outliers and CA/PA. 
Taking Monthly LJ charts.
Processing samples of various tests according to SOPs and within TAT.  
Performing Elisa for rare parameters.
Performing Elisa for newborn screening from dried blood spots.
Performing serum protein electrophoresis. 
Participated in NABL audit and other internal audits and accomplished the task. 
Maintaining all the records and documents according to NABL 112 guidelines and have good knowledge of ISO 15189.
Performing Calibration of pipettes. 
Preparation of weekly/monthly indent of stock according to the requirement in the lab.
Assist and Managing the lab operations under different senior managers and managing directors as laboratory technologist.
Verification studies of new machines and parameters, testing and compilation of verification studies data.
Preparing SOPs.
Minor troubleshooting of laboratory instruments whenever required. 
 carrying out all activities as per laboratory safety requirements.
Assuring the appropriate disposal of biomedical waste in the laboratory. 
Training the trainees in processing of samples according to SOPs, operation and maintenance of laboratory instruments. 
Having good knowledge about LIS.
Having good command in Prisca software.
Participate in team activity to support a programme of continuous process improvement initiatives.
OTHER JOB RELATED INFORMATION 
I perform daily laboratory analyses in a professional and ethical manner. Recognizes and takes appropriate action on results that deviate from guidelines/critical/abnormal results. Finally records and clearly communicates the results. Besides, ensures proper specimen collection, processing, handling procedure and accurate quality control. In addition, I am performing routine calibration and preventive maintenance on instruments and equipment, in accordance with established guidelines. I do help to maintain adequate stock of supplies as requested.
