I am a well experienced Quality systems personal with a strong knowledge in Dairy manufacturing quality control. I have quality control experience of working on a farm from milking to processing and distribution of milk and its products. Added to this experience is my Diploma in Biotechnology and certificate in Science Technology. I also hold Food Safety certificates in HACCP, Lead Auditing, and GMP practices. Grown up in the Dairy sector has made me to love the farm environment where milking and processing occurs.
