Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager

• Projects Control in the role of QA/QC Department, reporting to Director Projects,
• Developed and responsible to implementation of ALDAR’s Quality Standards for Buildings and Retail, Commercial Buildings.
• Visiting all projects sites daily basis, preparing / issuing quality observation reports weekly and monthly submitting to ALDAR management for their review and further action.
• Developing / submitting of End of month NCR status to the management for all the under construction projects.
• Reviewing and closing of quality observations closeout reports as submitted by PMC/Consultants/Contractors.
• Attending all the projects QA/QC, technical and progress meetings to discuss the quality issues and technical aspects.
• Responsible for snagging / de-snagging inspection to set a Quality Bench Mark (QBM) for Mock Up/ of under construction projects in compliance with ALDAR’s Quality Standard.
• Reviewing to audit reports and findings and technical compliance audits for Project Management Company, consultants and contractors.
• Reviewing the tender documents for each construction package in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advice to the Project Manager of any deficiency.
• Reviewing QA/QC procedures and document control as submitted through ACONEX by the PMC/Consultants/Contractors and ensure implementation is in compliance with contract requirements.
• Reviewing inspection, and test plans as submitted by the PMC/consultants/Contractors and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Participate with PM staff in reviewing the closeout reports as submitted by PMC/Consultants/Contractors.
• Participate in the inspection of mock up apartments/villas along with project managers and architects.
• Maintain a log of clients’ complaint and ensure that each complaint is dealt with in a timely manner and corrective action is being considered.
• Supervision and Construction of internal roads of community, including cut/fill and sourcing of related material.

Regional Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager for Abu Dhabi Projects


• As RQAM with full authority on Abu Dhabi Region projects quality system and have direct access to the Managing Director on all matters pertaining to quality assurance.
• The main responsibilities of the RQAM are quality assurance oversight and ensuring that all personnel understand the QMP and their QA and QC responsibilities. The RQAM reviews and approves a variety of quality system documents and provides additional QA support as needed. Responsibilities include:
• Responsibilities to implementation of ISO standards, as well as Quality plan, Quality planning, ITP procedures, preparation of Company’s Quality Manual & Project Quality Plan and Implementation after the approval by authorities and Developing quality assurance budgets;
• Maintaining the QMP in an up-to-date condition in regard to content and conformity with Agency requirements, as appropriate, assisting project director and project managers in developing QA documents, reviewing and approving quality assurance projects plans (QAPPs) from Contractor’s, and Sub-contractors; and other project-level documents; and approving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
• Collecting feedback from QA Personnel’s on project sites and overlooks the preparation of the project system manual, discuss and amend policies and procedures as to suite the company operation and in accordance to the quality operational manual of the company.
• Serving as the Regional liaison with the Quality Department and responding to evaluations performed on the Regional quality system and establishing corrective actions;
• Strength of controlling 16 Nos. QC Inspectors Civil, MEP and final finishes including 04 Nos Technical Clerks for Controlling the quality control documents and Internal Audit, Audit Plan, Checklists, Audit Reports.
• Construction of post tensioned structural slab for hotel building.

Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager

 Successfully completed maintenance work for Abu Dhabi ADNOC-FOD filling stations, completed also Multi – Storey buildings for Musaffah as per approved drawings and Specifications, completed structural steel double sheds warehouse at Mina port by sub contractor KIRBY.
