Being the Cost Control Assistant Manager, I am currently leading the budgeting & pre contract cost management for MARAKEZ across their 30+ billion EGP portfolio of projects in Egypt, as well as conducting training sessions for candidates on cost management practices according to RICS standards. On personal and corporate levels, I aspire to grow my skills, gain the chartered status from RICS and achieve higher positions in the construction industry.
I have led the AAA Consultancy (RICS regulated & chartered Consultancy Firm) business with key clients such as EMAAR, IMKAN, Al Futtaim, Talaat Moustafa Group TMG, Elsewedy Industrial Development. I was responsible for successful quantity surveying, cost & contract management services delivery for intense portfolio of projects.

I have managed teams in different firms, helped training candidates and assisted the directors and management team in exploring new business development opportunities to expand the business.
