As a Quantity Surveyor with nothing less than 3 years experience in the construction field and built environment generally, I have had the opportunity to handle construction projects right from Pre-construction phase to Post-Construction phase.
For example, I had the opportunity to support in handling projects like high-rise building construction (e.g. Hotels, Office complex etc.), Banking hall, and Residential development projects.
During the course of some of the Projects mentioned above, I learnt to work successfully as a team member to achieve the same goal.
I also tend to adjust quickly to changes implemented in the course of any projects as long as it is to give a positive result(s).
Time has never been a limiting factor to me rather it keeps me in check because I believe that every second is valuable both in terms of cost and quality.
