-Taking off Quantities from Drawings and Preparation of Bill of Quantities.
- Assisted General Manager and / or the Managing Director with a range of other duties as
may be required from time to time.

commercial controls are in place, understood and followed at all times

and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim
payments and the final account
- Prepared Interim Valuations, Financial Appraisals and Final Account documents for the
projects.
- Prepared of Tender documents.
- Pricing of BOQ's.
- Finalization of Project Remeasurements with Clients representatives.
- Prepared weekly and Monthly progress reports.
