Pre-tender estimates, Tender Evaluation and report, Value Engineering. Evaluation and certification of Interim valuation. Evaluation of compensation events, Preparation of interim and final valuation and compensation events, and Evaluation of Subcontractors' interim and final valuation and compensation events and contractual correspondence.
Gardening - In my free time I used to grow some vegetables in my back garden including carrots, spring onions, tomatoes potatoes, etc., riding a bicycle - During summer in the UK I had a lot of opportunities to ride a bicycle as a team. Reading books. watching movies.
