1.Mahe Design and Build Victoria seycehlles-from August 2021-to September 2022. I was the Quantity surveyor with the roles of preparing payment certificate, valuation of works, preparation of claims, procurement of materials, preparation of final accounts.
2. Costek Alma-Nairobi kenya-November 2019-August 2021-I was a quantity surveyor in charge of various projects. My roles included, preparation of contract document, valuation of works, preparation of payment certificate, accessing claims, attending site meetings and inspection, preparation of final account, Value engineering, offering client contractual advice as well as project management.
3.Bunei Maungu and Associate-January 2017-October 2019- I was an assistant Quantity Surveyor. My major roles was to assist the project quantity surveyor in taking of quantities from drawings, remeasurement of works, attending site meetings and inspection.
