I am an experienced Quantity surveyor, holding a bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, with a second class upper graduate. I have passed my professional exam as a member of a Nigerian Institute of Quantity surveyors.
I have skills in Project Management, Cost Estimation and Control, Contract Negotiations and Procurement. I’m also very proficient in IT tools, Excel, Autocard and Planswift.
I also have good communication skills, financial and risk management skills.
In my current role with The Mall Nigeria Company, I work as the Quantity Surveyor. I am in charge of negotiating with the constructors, reviewing and analyzing their tenders and awarding contract award letter to them. I also assist in procuring and managing materials required on site.
Zylus Group International; I’ve worked as a Quantity Surveyor with Zylus group, which is a real estate company in Lagos, Nigeria. I prepared Bill of Quantities, managed the construction site of an entire Estate, negotiate with workers with my effect communication skills and helped In cost controlling by making sure that cost expended does not exceed the budget set.
