Since beginning of career I have always been interested and attracted by the satisfaction of seeing an happy Client. A returning Client is for sure the top part of the day and it can really make my day up.
I have frequently witnessed managers ruining relationships with a Clients for futile reasons while it is for me very simple and natural to give Clients a good service experience and seeing them return with a smile.
I obviously always plan and budget with this in mind.
