Registered General Nurse seeking care job in the UK

I have obtained more than 3 years of experience after training working with in-patients and out-patients, both adults and children, providing individualized care including mental health conditions, personal care activities such as changing of bed linens, and position, serving meals, bathing, dressing, toileting among others and subsequent follow-up visits to client’s home while upholding in high esteem the values and beliefs of clients with respect, kindness, safety, compassion, empathy, confidentiality, dignity and individuality.

Currently I work in the theater unit where I have gained exceptional experience in pre-operative assessment and education, preparing and sterilizing instruments, setting trolleys and assisting doctor’s carryout procedures, implementing infection prevention and control practices, administration of medication, patient vital signs monitoring, maintaining client personal hygiene, client education, wound care, among other nursing procedures using the nursing care plans. I have undergone in-service training and Medtigo online courses on CPR, BLS, and ACLS which are imparting my practice as a nurse over the period.

I am mostly admired by my clients and team members due to my good interpersonal relations and communication skills. I have the ability to take initiatives and innovations in leading team members to achieving goals, and always hardworking, eager to learn new things, working with minimal or without supervision.

IT skills I acquired with knowledge in health software system have been effectively implemented in working with care plans, making requisitions, and keeping records in electronic data systems. With language proficiency, I am a good user of English with IELTS academic UKVI overall 7.5
