2019-2020: Clinical Specialist: contribute to the development of the clinical practice and scope of practice of nurses in medicine and surgical units and promote compliance with good, best and leading practices of their profession; maintain through literature search, to identifying recent and robust scientific evidence surrounding professional nursing practice
2016-2019: Head Nurse: plan, supervise and coordinates the activities of the unit; act as a resource person to the colleagues for the planning, distribution and evaluation of nursing care; perform when required the usual duties of a nurse; provide in the absence of the immediate supervisor, the continuity of the administrative and management activities
