I serve as a lead nurse to junior nurses where i on a daily bases, generally care for both in and outpatients, attending to emergencies, carrying out wound dressing under aseptic technique, administration of oxygen, administration of drugs, both oral and parenteral, nebulization and suctioning of patients, observation and documentation of vital signs, carrying out immunization of both adult and children.
