Restaurant Manager seeks employment abroad

I’m currently work as a Food Safety Quality Control Auditor where I champion and enforce food safety compliance across the company's branches. Also, worked as a Restaurant Manager at Sundry Food Limited, where I handled a safe and profitable operation daily by monitoring and managing customers' dining experience, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, establish methods to meet work schedules, Planning, establish work schedule, making decision according to company standard of procedure (SOP), managing inventory to ensure zero stock-out of food raw materials, Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Prepare and submit reports, Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage, ensure food service and quality control, Work Site Environment, Control Wet/damp, noisy, odours, Proper equipment handling and routine maintenance, ensure customer satisfaction and repeat patronage. Before that, I worked with Green Olive Restaurant as a pizza chef involved in prepping of pizza ingredients, preparation of kitchen for a daily business, creating pizza by order and cleaning my kitchen after the shift, also worked with Mr.Bigg’s Restaurant where I involved in preparation of food, prepping of food ingredient, ensured FIFO and CAGO as the order of the day.

Am really enjoying the work I do. The people who know me would describe me as very responsible, ambitious, smart team player, punctual, dedicated, polite, mature, versatile, passionate with works, physically demanding.
My employer and team members know that i am someone they can rely upon not only be at the activity on time, also be a good example to my colleagues.

Going back to my school days where i joined agricultural science and stressed on my parents to open a fishpond for me to train, and this he did because he saw the passion in me taking care of them and for three years, they never bought those species of fishes in the market. This motivated me to pursue a career in food science and technology which i did very well and graduated with a distinction class. The more i work in food processing department, the more it interests me because i am working in line with my dream and passion.
