I am a sales assistant and customer service professional with 6 years+ experience in the retail and service sector. I am a leader by nature and a peoples person. I have previously studied towards my law degree,but has not completed my degree, however I am currently studying towards a diploma in Logistics and supply chain management (part time first year of three).
Customer service- working in all elements of customer service, pre-transactional,transactional and post transactional to keep a strong customer relationship with company.
Sales- assist all customers to maximise and generate sales for the business
Receiving and dispatching of stock
Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Power Point, Out look and Teams

Reading-dramas, historical and sports books as well as daily newspapers.
Socialising- Spending time with family and friends when possible.
Jogging and exercise- going for daily jog and exercise
Soccer- playing in my local Sunday league when i have any free time.
