Where I Delivered excellent customer support to the consumers who were suppose to visit abroad for business conferences, student purpose or independent visas etc. My roles & responsibilities were to generate the leads into prospects then follow up with customers moreover convert those leads into sales. Now currently I'm working in Webhelp India Pvt. Ltd. Here I'm supporting our valuable customers via chats and emails furthermore assisting them in a best manner by understanding there needs and requirements.
